- For upgrade and downgrade purposes, player accounts will be reviewed during the first week of every month.
- The Management reserves the right to change a players VIP level at any time and for any reason without needing to communicate it to the player.
- In the event of any disagreement between the player and the Casino, the Management decision is final.
- Players who are seen to be abusing the VIP scheme may be downgraded or removed from the scheme, on a temporary or permanent basis.
- The management reserves the right to change or modify part or all of the VIP Programme at any time without needing to communicate it to the players.
